What i if get jdm fogs? Can i put them on the usa bumper but where the original bumper lenses goes so i can have a fog?

yes.
the process to put them into the bumper is the same, the shape may be slightly different (depending on which jdm fogs you get).

so you are putting these on your car? i don't think these will fit in the location of the bumper lenses. they look too tall in profile. also i would think the seller accord_inspire would have kept them if they did fit. make them fit then you will have fogs in place of your bumper lenses.

i could be very wrong about this and i'm just embarrassing myself . let me know how if it does or doesn't fit.

No you are right, they will not fit without modifications. I had a set a long time ago and wanted to do this conversion because I almost gave up hope finding oem fogs. They are just a tad bit taller and wider in length. Look at the original car they come off of. They are really wide and long....it may also look funny on a 90-93 Accord since our headlamps aren't as long. This will look good on for instance Primo's car because he has the headlamp conversion with the longer headlamps. U'd need some Inspire,vigor, or honda saber lamps to make it look really nice.

It is possible to make them fit, but u'd have to literally shave some of your bumper to get the new rectangular lights to fit. Also you will have to make custom mounts or find some way for these lamps to mate with the old bumper lamps area to have these sit right. If someone were to do this conversion I believe it would be more easier to do on a stock 92-93 bumper because the face of the bumper has an extended grill overlay that reaches both sides. On a 90-91 the grill is kinda indented.
