1990 accord projector headlight installation?

i just bought a set of black jdm projector headlights for my accord.. and i was wondering if anyone would give me step by step instructions as to how to install them? i have heard that i have to take off the front bumper in order to get the stock ones out..but i cant seem to get the damn front bumper off..
