    bumper light conversion....9006

    http://www.sounddomain.com/memberpage/121440/4

how hard do you think retrofitting headlight bulbs to the bumper lights is? look at his conversion
What makes me laugh about forums, is that no matter how much you try to help someone, they dont take the advice. Go ahead and do it the hard way.

You got to respect what you drive, and appreciate what you have, making the best of what you got. and if that means putting CAI, HID's, a phat stereo system, and a idiot in the drivers seat...then so be it!

    Retro!

i saw this dudes site once and wondered the same thing. I think i read somewhere that the excess heat in that small area was not only hard on the plastic and the housings but the connection too as it wasnt made for that. I dunno though, but with time and elbow grease(some money too), anything is possible.

thats prolly the dumbest shit ive ever seen.. thats going to cause a huge drain on the alternator.. when hes running his normal lows and highs.. along with that.. hahah.. thats equivalent to a 500watt amp.. youl see.. he wont have those there too long.. its a dumb conversion.. good idea if they made custom housings but retrofitting in a cheap one isnt worth it..

Jeez... What a waste of time. I like how he says "I used to have regular turn signal bulbs, but I noticed that they were not bright enough." Not bright enough? What? Does he live in a lake? What the hell?
