Switch out the bulbs. You're going from a 9006 to an H4, should be an easy swap I think.

Yup it is just that easy. Just make sure you get the correct bulbs that match the hid kit application you have i.e. the connections match.

you will need to get H4 bulbs from your kit. they should be universal as far as the connector to the ballasts are concerned. you cannot use your 9006-type HID bulbs inside the H4 jdm housings without some custom work and without shielding the lower half of the jdm lense. the H4-type HID bulb should already have this shield. good luck ramiro !

It would be best to get it from the same company as your kit since you will know the connections are correct. Your alternative is as I mentioned above, find a bulb with the exact same connections and it will work as well.

Also, post pics of this Catz kit's lighting. I have heard different reviews on it but have never seen any lighting pics.

will the H4 shield work for the 9006 OEM housing? Just curious...since i saw the h4 shield that will fit the JDM onepieces to fix the extra glare.

Nope it will only fit on the jdm headlights or any other headlight that use an h4 bulb.

well I cant seem to find anything for the 9006, I've seen people make them but Im not bold enough to mess around with a HID bulb to make a shield for it since they are so expensive.

you just need new bulbs that match your headlights and you can use the rest of the hid kit you already have...i have the catz with 9006 bulbs and just bought some h4 bulbs for my one-pieces and they work perfectly...no need to buy a whole new kit
