Pager alarm?

Alright im thinkin about gettin one because i have a cheapo regular keyless entry siren alarm now. My question is I heard I can just buy a pager remote from the same brand of my alarm and just have it programed to work with my old alarm system? Or should I just buy this autopage alarm on ebay for 170? Is there any other good reasonable priced pager alarms?

DEI

DEI has the best functioning pager alarm system on the market. I think there were some made by other companies, but DEI was the first to get the actual FCC clearance for having a two-way pager remote system. The other companies kinda bit their technology and released products without the proper authorization. I'm pretty sure the DEI one has been out for about a year or two. They also have lawsuits against companies like Crimestoppers. Basically there are a few companies that have this technology either from pre or post FCC authorization for this type of product. But DEI is the best. I always say that you should never sacrifice quality for price. If you want really good or the best of a specific service or product, you gotta pay for it. Unless you got the hook-up nahmean. Check out DEI electronics. I hope this helps.

If you currently have a DEI alarm you mightt be able to get the pager component to interface with it.

You should see if their pager alarm system can work with yours or what upgrades you would need to make it work.

Yea, I love my pager alarm, its great. I wouldnt go anyother way, mine was listed as $599, but i got a deal through a friend. Anyways, I love it, just dont mess up or damage your remote, cause they are a little pricey, which is why i want a little case for it like a phone

my car was broken into last night, and my biggest downfall was that my dad heard it before me. I had ot run out my bed, in underwear to the car. I was almost a sleep. If oyu get a security system, get a pager. I need to upgrade, along with a new door, since my door handle section is pryed into. I feel uneasy, and scared. This fricken sucks ass..

that sux dude, im always worried about my car thats why im not puttin on my cf hood until i get my pager system installed. Look into the DEI 795 W system wich adds onto ur existing alarm. I have one but not installed yet I NEED HELP!
