Now I'm really stumped??!!

I can't figure this out, maybe someone has an idea. I have a 93 accord with an H22, I had my vtec controller hooked up and working for the past 2 weeks but I took the back plastic off so could clean it. I also have my center console off and the metal body of the car exposed.

So I have the controller open and exposed and no console. My dumbass drops the controller with the circuit board and all the electical parts hitting the metal body. Small sparks flew and the controller fried, of course.

I disconnected the controller and the car runs fine but now my radio wont turn on and everytime I start the car, my clock always turns on at 1:00. I checked the fuse for the radio but its fine. Any ideas?

Check under the hood, the radio back up fuse.

Yea check the fuses both the radio antenna fuse in the kick panel and the radio back up fuse under the hood, wouldnt hurt to check the one behind the radio either, something similar happened to me when installing my neon lights. Positive touched negative and my radio stopped working i thought i really screwed something up but it was just the kickpanel fuse.

Take the clock out and test to see if it's getting constant voltage with the key off.

i have the same problem. help me out. My clock turns off when i turn my headlights on and when my clock is on its always 1:00. Ive replaced the clock once too. HEEELPPPPPP

u might have a problem with the dimmer thing in the clock cause when u turn the head lights on its supposed to dim so it doesnt blind u at night. idk how it works maybe theres a bright bulb and a dim bulb and the dim bulb is out.
