i know installing it yourself voids the waranty but i think the company would be better off with the waranty voided...that way they wouldnt have to replace anything that went wrongComment

not really...the majority of people have their alarm installed by professionals so the waranty would stay intact for 99% of the customersComment

yea i understand you...i thought you meant that the reason the install guide was not on the site was so they wont get a bad rep, not that the reason they make the warranty voided when a non-pro installs it is so they wont get a bad rep...
