ok, so i was trying to install my new stereo but the yellow cable from the car made contact with a ground surface then it sparkled for couple seconds stopped. then my automatic seat belt stopped working and you know when you have the key in and the door open the beeping noise well there is no beeping anymore and the yellow cable is dead no current. so what should i do??

check all your fuses?
the cd player, the interior fuses (driver foot well)
and check the ones in your engine bay
