    New system in....*PICS*

My other thread is Plans to change system again.... which has some pics of old system and other stuff...

Well I have some pics of the new box just made today

I still have stuff to finish on it and tune it. I will be making it so that you can't see the subs.

Let me know what you think...

seems kinda dumb cause audiobahns work of air. They not free flow speakers like bazokas. your subs should blow sooner or later

As of now it does not sound great I need to finish the box and seal it as well as finish the upholstry around the box and on the box. I did make a box that is holding the subs. i have both the subs in the box and no divider inside it so they are shareing the same space. Does anyone know if i need the divider or if it is ok like it is?

ok so how do i get a little more help/advice SoySauceCb7? I am happy with the set up for now. I think it is pretty creative and it should sound ok in the cabin. I was going for something different.

Why do you have them pointing in hte car?

Personally, I think subs sound better when they are in the trunk pointing at the trunk opening. The response is better, and you can actually hear the bass more than if they are inside the cab.

would that work for a new set of speakers instead of subs?

you need to make it fit better, because it looks like ass right now.. lol..

and I also like rear facing subs in the trunk for the reflection... adds to the spl..

but it looks like you could make it work well, you've just gota get some more done to make that box fit better..

Ok everyone thanks for the commets good and bad. Well i did try to make them rear faceing it is very hard they barely fit in there as they are right now. I had to take the whole rear seat apart just to get it in.

The cloth is the way it is now because of the box. I have to undo the stitching on the sides cause it tapers into the seat. I will be pulling it out in a couple days when i get a chance after work to fix the air leak and paint it or cover it. I will keep this updated to see what you people think.
