k guys my kicker kx1200.1 amp died becuase one of my dickhead friends used bent tin foil for a fuse, now its dead. does anyone know if it can be repaired, besides sending it to kicker? i can even figure out how to remove the case.lol this sucks any info is appreciated. thanks guys.

It could of fried the power transformer or something on the main board. It may cost about a hundred to fix. Most will charge about 30 + to look at it. I would go to Kickers site anfd look for an authorized dealer.Comment
