    Factory Double DIN Brackets

    I am looking for the factory DOUBLE DIN metal brackets which came installed on both sides of a double din honda radio.

    the reason being is that inorder for me to use the soche double din kit to mount my stereo and equalizer, i need those brackets.

    does anyone know where to get those?

    the stupid kit will not let me mount the stereo and eq alone without the brackets. i wished this was indicated in the ad for the product when i bought it off of cardomain.

    i have some pics of a custom install that i did for the meanwhile, altough it looks very inviting to steal even without the faces. damn!

    Are you referring to the one that came with the '93 SE Bose headunit?

      not sure, im just looking for the brackets that came with any double din stereo. for a 90-93.

        Can't you just rig something up? How far back does the eq go? I feel like you could def. just make brackets.

          i cant since the mounting holes wont fit any of either the decks or the eq, its totally stupid! there is not solid point on the flimpsy din kit to drill new holes. the eq doesnt even go in deep since there is a hide away unit.

          ill post some pics soon on my page.

          totally revamped the system, tore every thing appart

          3 way front stage (woofer, mids, tweets in kicks) no rears
