Cruise Control Question

Help ! im kicking my self in the ass right now i put in an aftermarket steering wheel and tossed away sone crap now i need it back and dunno what its called in the steering there is a disk that makes the horn and cruise control work anyone know what this is called ???

Thanks ! that might be what i need i did find one on e bay but it dont look like the disk i removed maybe i just took part of it off that i couldnt use when i got the other wheel put on.
