wtf is with our locks?

so let me get this straight...when locking the car with the key from outside it will lock all the doors in the car but there is no way to unlock every door in the car from the outside?

its the dumbest thing ive ever seen...

(incase this isnt the same for all cb7s...i have a 93 10th anv with power locks)

no, my car didnt come with remote entry...im just taking about using the key in the keyhole...

its a security system so that u dont forget to leave your doors unlocked alot of cars of it, just most also inploy a wireless keypad but alot of older cars dont. i have a 89 mazda 929 that dose the same thing

yea...my girlfriend has a 96 integra and if you turn the key and hold it all the doors are unlocked...i wish my car had that

I have a 92 EX, and I have no problem with my locks. It's a 2 door, dont know if thats different.

it doesnt do that on my 91 ex either, but its not too hard to open and then hit the power lock button to open all the other doors.

but if you dont have power locks, then yeah, its gonna be an inconvenience.

Heres a crazy idea. Unlock the driver door, open it and hit the unlock button inside! Whoa!

wow that was HI-LARIOS....i was just curious why it was made like this because as i said earlier, my gf's 96 acura can unlock both doors from the outside

Hers is newer. And its an Acura. Those tend to be a little better than Hondas, in general.

i know that...i was simply curious why they would make it so that you can lock all the doors with the twist of a key, but not unlock them
