Need help with my ICE

I have 8 guage power supply with with a 40 amp fuse it is ran to my trunk to a 600 watt kenwood the ground wire is pretty small it is way smaller the the 8 guage if i were to run 4 guage with a 4 guage ground would the bass be different

Nah, wouldn't change the sound at all.

Better ground means less noise though.

Try to keep the ground wire as short as you can and connect to the most solid piece of metal you can find.

the ground wire should always b the same size as your power wire.

having a clean ground helps clean up the sound so it should sound better if you know what to listen for
