Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.


The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.


For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.


Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

    manifold sawp write-up

    Could someone possibly do an intake manifold swap how-to? I'm getting ready to do it this weekend, but I just don't know all of the details on how to do it.

    I already have the Hayne's manual, and the mani gasket, along with a TB gasket.

    I'd appreciate any help.

    just follow the manual, search for accordztech's threads on the a6 manifold and u'll be fine

        i'm actually gone write one up for the h23 manifold swap. I'm trying to get pictures too. i was supposed to do it this past week but have been uber busy. So i'll get to do it on my next weekend off.

          I didn't do the manifold swap, but I did take apart and put back together my manifold when I got it ported and polished. I will let you know in advance that you will have one hell of a time reaching some of the bolts. Have fun
