Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.

The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.

For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.

Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

Again if you have any questions, PM me or one of the other mods.

    Need More Automatic Tranny Codes

I need accurate, no assumptions, input on this tranny list. I want to add tranny codes to it, please post up with accurate info. Thanks in advance, I put what I new.

I know that for the USDM H23 5spd and USDM H22 5spd the codes are M2S4 and M2F4, but I forget which goes to which. Help please.

Noted, anyone have more info on the rest? If you're car meets one of those with missing data, please go read your tranny sticker and give me the first 4 characters (i.e. MPT3, M2S4), etc.

Just to confirm the P2U5 is the F22B1 EX tranny in the 5th gens. And the 2 mentioned earlier are correct. The M2S4 is the H23 tranny.

M2B4 is the JDM LSD tranny (It is the ONLY LSD equiped H tranny except for the Euro Accord).. NO USDM trannys are stock with LSD
M2A4 is the JDM NON LSD tranny

M2F4 is USDM 4th gen Prelude H22 (This tranny has a pretty short 5th, and slightly shorter 4th than the M2Y4 (5th gen USDM tranny)
                  M2Y4 5th Gen USDM Prelude
                  M2S4 is USDM H23 Tranny.

1 2 and 3 are the same in the H23 and M2y4 (and JDM trannys if I remember right).

The 4th gen M2F4 uses different tooth counts for the first two gears on the shaft, so 3 4 and 5 are changeable with all other h trannys, but you MUST use the corresponding 1 and 2 on the countershaft IF changing the input shaft from a M2x4 tranny to a M2F4 shaft....

Hope that doesnt confuse the shit out of you...

Also remember that the JDM LSD units (Diff itself) will NOT fit in any other case. It MUST be used in the JDM M2B4 case. Trust me.

Ive built more than a few of these combinations... Trust me.

I made a sticky with F/H series tranny info, I'm adding tranny codes to this list.

Anyways, already googled gear ratios and updated the list.

I need automatics to post up their codes if you got them.
