Before you post, look up into the top right corner of the webpage. There is this awesome button called search. Search for topics before you post. To answer your question though they are all crap and usually do more harm than good.

I'm going to be a great cb7tuner.com member and actually answer this, because the mods want us to do be nice and polite, so I'll be the epitomy of it.

The speed chip does not work as far as most tuners know, it actually in fact consumes more fuel than necessary and makes the car run rich. To my vast knowledge it does absolutely nothing besides waste your money and time.
