i was just wondering how much work it is to swap the transmission from auto to manual in my 91 ex. Also, how much estimated cost for parts and install. I know I'd need a new tranny, clutch, gear linkage, shifter, ecu, etc., anything else I would need? basically, is it worth swapping, or should I just buy a new car with a manual tranny?

I can't give up the car and I don't want to turn it into a mess. I'm thinking the cheapest way is to get a model that has everything you want already and build on it but the downside is it's not the same car. Other option is to stick with the car but you'll have to sacrifice more money and effort. tough decision... either path you choose will make you happy in the end but sometimes the long road you'll gain more from.
