Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.

The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.

For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.

Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

Again if you have any questions, PM me or one of the other mods.

    Here's the plan

Ok so i have been toying around with the swap idea for a while and have been looking into both H22 and H23's.. so here's my latest plan.. I would eventually like to turbo but it wont be right off the bat.. Second, I dont have the $2200 for the complete H22 so i will be purchasing an H23 for $900 off of Hmotorsonline.com w/out the tranny.. My transmission was rebuilt less than 6k miles ago so i dont want to just throw out my tranny just yet.. Yes i realize i wont get all the power out of the motor with this setup but its a starting setup while i gather all the parts for the 5spd swap then wait till my tranny goes..
soo.. Give me some opinions guys if its a good idea or not.. Thanks

I agree. Use an H23. Build it. Go turbo. Boost to the moon. End of story.

            EXACTLY

However the F-series have iron sleeves which will handle boost better as oppose to FRM H-series sleeves.
