OBX Twin Loop with a 2nd resonator?

anybody got any pics of the setup?

im getting rid of my apexi n1 because of family and neighbor complaints on being too loud. plus i have an automatic

i've been looking on the forums and they say having a 2nd resonator helps out a lot but i havent seen pics of the setup.

edit:sorry for the confusion but i was talking about one resonator not two. sorry for the assumption.

if somebody could take a pics of the setup of where you put your resonator and then to the muffler

i had a twin loop before i went with the skunk2... it wasn't all that loud with the factory resonator... i can imagine with another one it'd be even more quieter if thats what you're looking for

obx twin loop is pretty quite with a resonator and probably still is without one. I like my magnaflow much better though.

I used a 26" resonator with an aftermarket magnaflow cat and mine sounded great.

Really depends on ur whole setup is

Twin loop is basically a straight pipe, not much of a muffler at all. I had one on my old CB, no cat, 1 resonator (don't know the size).... it was annoyingly loud.

On this car I had an OBX SP2 style muffler on 2.5" piping w/a 2.5" new cat and 1 resonator... still pretty boomy. I thought maybe to get another resonator but I couldn't see how they would fit one, so I just put a stock muffler on.

I have heard cars w/straight pipe type setups w/2 resonators and they were pretty quiet. I think the real Greddy SP2 exhaust has 2 resonators as well.

I only have 1 13" resonator and my car is FAR from loud, except when I get on it. It's ear piercing, so I've been told.

We must have different opinions of loudness. Then again I get annoyed pretty easily. I think my mom's Lexus is loud (her exhaust is rusting out though)

i posted before, i had a twin loop with factory resonator, it wasn't loud at all. i have the skunk2 catback (i have a 5th gen) with header straight back to a muffler no cat, with the 1 skunk2 resonator, and let me tell you that is loud... you'll be happy with a twin loop

You can't hear mine at idle. It's quieter than anyones ws2 I've ever heard. Normal cruising/light load is pretty damn quiet too. I hear my engine over the exhaust at any time besides 3/4 throttle or more.

You either had a knock off of a knock off of a knock off, or there was something wrong with your resonator. Every twin loop i've heard, jdm carboy, obx, mugenf or any other replica has been quiet.

I had OBX w/just a resonator, no cat, 2.5" piping the whole way through. As soon as the motor + I'm guessing exhaust warmed up it was loud as fuck from idle to WOT.

i'm with d112, mine was not able to be heard at idle, and normal driving it was quiet, even when you got on it WOT, you heard more intake then exhaust
