Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.


The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.


For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.


Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

    Rev Limit?

    It's kinda hard for me to understand, because i had a 95 ex w/ f22b1 that apparently had no rev limiter cause i could redline it good...well apparently the f22b1 that i have in my 92 accord has a limiter at 6g...what ecu would be best to correct this?

    I think the pt6 ecu removes it BUT I am pulling that out of my ass, don't take it as fact.

      Not that it would help though, you'd just spin your engine to shreds. I don't like revving above 5k...it's pointless with a stock engine...

        ya...the only reason i figured it out is because a couple cars were going fast on the highway and i was in a hurry, so i figured i follow..dropped to 3rd and was at like 4.5k....didn't realize rpms shot up till i hit limiter...
