From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.

The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.

For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.

Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

I want to get a new exhaust...........I really like the SKUNK 2 but they dont make it for our cars ony 94-97. it does look close enough to work, has anybody did any type of exhaust swap before? If this dont work ill just go for the GREEDY EVO 2.

The B pipe is different. The bends are more or less dead on but the B pipe is to long. You have have it cut and welded up to your specific application. I know a few people who have done it because they couldn't get a cat-back for the CB7 but could for the CD5.

yo might be right on that because i was thinking about getting 5th gen sides and they are the same length so i dont think that the b-pipe would be a problem maybe axle back?

I have a CB7 and i had a CD5 at the same time there is a little different in the stock exhaust and it is in the b-pipe cause i had a new one for the cb7 and the cd5 needed one the bend was off just a little and it was short. So if the cb7 was to short for the cd5 the cd5 b-pipe will be a little to long

Why don't you just get a SKUNK2 Universal Muffler, and get 2.25" piping from your friendly neighborhood meineke?

                          alrite...thanks for the offer.

i checked out the axle back today and they look really similiar and from other posts, most of the people say the flanges and b-pipe are the only things that are different...
                          thanks guys.

I COULD DO THAT.............but i use to work at MIDAS Muffler shop and i put on a 2.25" piping but its to small of a piping and the welds are starting to rust and shit, plus i want a full-cat-back (real shit)

okay...the axle back piping doesnt fit, it is 4 inches too long. i think it is different though since it is off a 5th gen V6 model. well, off to do some customizing.
