F22a4 or H23a1 manifold

Ive been seaching and cant seem to find any info. Does anybody know which exhaust manifold is better? the F22a4 or the H23a1?

Reason I'm asking is I have an H23 and I need a new exhaust manifold, and I have an a4 lying around...but I most certainly don't wanna lose power. lol And if its a gain that's a bonus haha.

Well as far as I'm concerned if the a4 is the same as the a6 which i believe it is then you won't gain or lose power because from what I know there the same as the h23 exhaust manifold only the h23 intake manifold is better.

the a4 is tubular and is better than the a6

op - i'm pretty sure that the h23 header has slightly larger piping. if u have both, why not look at them side by side and do some measuring

side by side its close enough that I'm not sure, hence the question lol.

While the H23 does look to be a little larger, the A4 is tubular while the h23 is not...I was hoping to find some internal volume specs but after all night seaching I found nothing lol.

There's an easy way to find out the internal volume. It requires a bucket of water, shouldn't be hard to figure out from there.

Well yes, but the h23 manifold is on it and it's my daily driver...and I work 60 hrs a week lol. Guess I'll have to find some time lol. I was just hoping to find out without having to pull it first.
