Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.


The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.


For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.


Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

      Just wanted to say that i have a Gude cam and am completely happy with it. It idles smooth gives the power i want and basically kicks ass. Alot of people dog on them here but im not sure why. I have also seen alot of Delta stuff around here also. I would say definatly look into you options and make sure your getting exactly what you want. Good luck.

              Does putting a reground or aftermarket cam affect the emissions?
              Former: 90 Accord EX Coupe, 93 10th Anniversary in Frost White

              1985 Volvo 245 manual [IPD lowering springs, IPD sway bars, OEM Virgo wheels, 1977 quad round headlights, 1978 grill]

                conservative estimates

                i would honestly say about 10-15 hp on most, but more agressive grinds about 15-18hp.

                  Since i put mine in i havent been able to pass emissions. According to Jackson Enterprises were i got mine from they said the Gude cams pass emmisions in Cali all the time so i suspect i need to have it tuned.
