Please DO NOT Post In The General Section
From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.
The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.
For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.
Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.
Again if you have any questions, PM me or one of the other mods.

Maybe...even with I/H/E...This thread needs to stop. And people need to realize that the 3 basic mods will have minimal effects on our motors. If anybody actually gets 10-15hp with I/H/E prove it and please post a dyno chart. You will impress not only me but prolly a majority of other cb7 members as well. Sorry, I'm not trying to be a pesimist here but its true.

easier to install and you dont lose low end torque but gain less hp.Originally posted by AccordRacer106does gettin a cai make a whole lotta difference from gettin a short ram?You have been defeated by a car with child locks, how embarassing...

if u get a CAI then u hav 2 worry bout water gettin in it when it rains being that its behind the front bumper. with a short ram its easier to install and dont hav 2 worry bout water gettin n the intake or engine. think about where u live at. if u live where it rains more often than other places then get a short ram, if ur somewhere where its dry most of the time get a CAI. i wwnt wit short ram b/c CAI is just like puttin a intercooler on a non-turbo engine. the throttle response would b longer b/c it has 2 suck up the air from the front bumper instead of in he engine bay. IF YALL DONT BELIEVE ME THEN CALL THE TECH EXPERTS AT APEXi AND GREDDY AND TELL THEM THAT THEY'RE WRONG!!!

.. lets just take it easy.. if we believe an intake can give us gains then just be it.. if we get it cuz it's shiny, or makes sound then get it... just my opinion...
