so like the title says my new 90 accord starts and runs well untill at its regular temp then if you touch the gas it imidiatly drops down to like 100rpm and then after like 3 seconds catches itself and goes to 500rpm.. it feels like it is about to stall kind of putters and catches itself. does anyone have ideas about what this could be? or maybe i need to adjust my idle a little, i am stumped right now so anything helps on what to looks for. ive had the car for 2 days now. thanks guys!

Have you checked your throttle position sensor? My car did the same thing when I swapped throttle bodies, the new one I put on had a bad tps and would stumble on intial throttle tip-in.SOHC Non-VTEC F-series for life

i think it is the throttle position sensor because a couple days ago it also started to rev up and down by itself. i still have to check it out, its a little hard right now because my car is parked across the city untill i can plate it. i just finished building it yesterday. i will keep you guys posted on any changes!

99.9% sure it's your tps. nothing else really affects it that split second after you hit the gas, tps gathers data, sends it to the ecu and the ecu increases the fuel to match the extra air coming in
i accidentally mashed my TPS on an engine swap once and had the exact same problem....and on the 7th day, deevergote rested and called his mom.
