I just recieved my mount inserts and I do not completely understand how these go in. I figured they would slip right in with a lil effort, but the oned I have look like they are much too small. Am I supposed to trime them or something? How do they go in?

Assuming they sent you the right one. Its actually not a mount but a torque mount something or other forgot the right name, Basically you take off the bolt, and the nut is welded to the metal, so you only need one wrench, take off making sure your trying to loosen the proper side. and then the bottom one is a bitch, i couldnt get mine undone, but what i did was i was able to pull the mount towards the front of the car enough so that the insert fit into the existing mount.
