Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.


The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.


For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.


Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

    I was wondering if any1 here has tried the Cry02 system in our cars?

    I posted a thread about this about a year ago... and EVERYONE talked me out of it

    Basically, you pay about as much as a nitrous system would cost, do the same things, and get like 3hp. From doing my research online, the ads seem like they're crap. They make it seem like a nitrous replacement, but it's really not... not at all.

      nice, yea thats what i was figuring, those ads jus seem to simple and easy for it to really work as well as they say

        Yeah, they really make it seem like it's a replacement for nitrous. It's a cooling system, but it's not an oxidizer. It doesn't make the charge any more dense than normal cold air would... If you wrapped an icepack around a cold air intake, it would probably produce similar gains for a short while.

          seen it on a turbo 2004 civic si...the guy ran with it one and with it off all night and couldn't tell a bit of difference. I felt his intercooler after he sprayed it extensively and my intercooler was just as cold with just a few sprays of ice water.
