From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.

The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.

For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.

Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

    need some help guys~

ok so here is where i am at right now...i just got all my uber shit in the mail (chip burner, chips, datalogging port, etc) and i have installed it all in a computer compadable with it (i forget the p number, maybe p05). I have a map for another accord with a turbo on my computer that i got from someone and i burnt it to the chip and threw her into my computer and still no start. It is getting plenty of fuel, maybe to the point where it is almost rich, and plenty of spark. I thought that maybe i fucked up the ecu when soldering it, so i tried the stock computer instead of the chipped one. No change, still a lotta fuel and spark but no start. I have tried 2 different dizzy's, one brand new (internal coil), the other brand new off a rebuild (external coil). No change, no start. I am running a 255lph fuel pump and 450cc injectors. The injectors are not stuck open and are firing correctly. I changed the gap down from .040 to .030 just to see if it will mkae a difference. The plugs are brand new and were literally put in about 10 mins ago and they didnt do nothing different then the ones i had in there. I am getting pretty frusterated right now and could greatly appreciate some help...i have even tried going into the uberdata map and leaning out the curve a lot at low rpms thinking it would make a difference...no change.

please someone give me some kinda input here bc i am lost~i think it either has something to do with the timing or the fuel pressure, but midnight has the same pump and injectors as i do and he isnt having any probs...

ok so this is what i got, decided to check the fuel pressure because if it was too high that could be a reason for it to be really to rich, and i came up with about 55 when charged and cranking. It is suppose to be 30-38, so i believe strongly that this is why it wont crank and the plugs are soaked with gas. So if anyone has any ideas about how to decrease pressure, other then fancy tuning with uber, or running a bigger return line to the tank please let me know~

      Do you have a wideband?

Why don't you try putting the stock injectors, fpr, and ECU in and see if it starts.

Also put your plug gap at .035-.038 (that's not the problem with the starting but a good place for your plugs).

After you change that stuff if it starts then you'll be able to slowly troubleshoot the problem. If it does start, then switch to your chipped ECU and put a P06 base map on it and try to start... if it starts with no CEL's then you know your chip/solder/burner are working correctly, then go to your larger injectors, switch mkaps and try again.

If you change TO MUCH SHIT at once troubleshooting will be a nightmare, esspecially if you don't know what your are doing (no offense) to begin with. Try taking it one step at a time so you can properly identify the problem.

like i said (and thanks for the info guys) i am confident that it is the fuel pressure. R33 was kind enough to give me his map that he is running on his car, and i laoded that and then tried it again and still nothing. Tried changing injectors and computer, and still nothing. The way i see it is the pump is giving it around 40% give or take more pressure which equates to 40% more fuel going into the chamber when the injector opens...

          o and yes i have a wideband

did you drain out the fuel on the injectors?

I read everything and this is my guess. Did you check the firing order of your spark plug wires?

If he is getting too much fuel pressure in starting, what are his options to tone it down. Will turning down the fuel psi regulator help any? I was told that playing with fuel psi regulator is more for air/fuel ratio control than changing fuel pressure. Does he have the option with Uberdata to tone down the injector pulse width since he's running a more powerful fuel pump and larger injectors?

I'm just trying to get a better idea on tuning, I have way more to learn on it. I should get started sometime so I have minimal downtime when my time comes.

well midnight is running the same pump, same injectors and uberdata, and he sent me his map, and still my shit wont start...so i dunno, unless my computer is wired wrong *which could be* i dont really have any other ideas lol

your not gonna be able to do anything until you decrease that fuel pressure....in threory its like you are running an FMU WITH bigger injectors, which is a big no no (for this setup). you need to decrease that fuel pressure somehow, its shoving too much fuel through the injectors
