I was seeking to find this answer for a very long time now and no one seems to know the correct answer im looking for everyone is unsure, Well my question is, If i put an JDM H22 head On a H23 block what would be the out come, as in pros and cons>? Also the most important question of mine is how high could you safely rev it too? I was told 6800 max but thats kinda lame compared to what im use to (7600-7800) i would love to rev it to 7600 but not sure on the safeness of that. please help me solve this for everone once and for all!

Please DO NOT Post In The General Section
From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.
The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.
For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.
Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.
Again if you have any questions, PM me or one of the other mods.

That swap is getting pretty common. Just remember to change the rod bearings to be able to take the 8k reving. With that swap you have the best of both worlds... Lots of low end tq and topend too! It doesn't make as much power as a h22 but trust me when I tell you its every bit as quick. With my h23 prelude I could pull on every stock/lightly modded h22 prelude or accord all the way up to about 80. I can imagine what h23/22 is like.
