Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.

The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.

For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.

Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

Again if you have any questions, PM me or one of the other mods.

I would swing with a 60 series flowmaster for our cars.

^Yeah, the 60 series was meant for 4 cyl and small displacement 6 cyl too, so basically for imports and sport compacts.

I'm still trying to get some good sound clips out of people for flowmaster mufflers on our cars but I have only gotten one. If you have a flowmaster, you should post up a sound clip. It would be very helpful.

I would go magnaflow. I have one and it's got a deep, rich sound to it. That's just my opinion though. Flowmaster is definitely a credible company, so you can't go wrong with them either.

flowmaster, magnaflow, random, Borla.....all great companies. random and borla or better in some aspects/why they are more expensive. but for DD to work and such flowmaster 60series will work fine

yea im not worried about boost since i dont have a turbo . but i was looking at magnaflow but it seemed like it had a raspy sound and the flowmaster seems to just have a deep sound, and its much cheaper

I've had a flowmaster on two accords and my 240 also. Sounds just fine, it's the piping size, length/number of resonators, and cat(or lack thereof) that make it sound different, just like most any other muffler.
