Cheap Turbo kit?

Has anyone tried the turbo kit that is on Ebay? Comes with everthing apparently. It's pretty cheap, I know cheap isnt best, but wanted to see if anyone has used it and their opinions.

cheap and turbo in the same sentence don't go too well, i don't think people have used, maybe parts of the kit, but no the full kit, maybe some else can chime in on this

If you go turbo I recommend you spend the money and do it right instead of cheaping out.

you can get turbos there for cheap.. but used.. and just build your kit i think thats what i'm going to do.. i can get the manifold for lik 300.00 get a turbo on HMT FOR LIKE 100.00 get intercooler and piping for like another 300.. wastegate and bov for like another 200.00 damn almost a grand.. idunno..

The only "cheap" turbo kit I might consider buying would be the Treadstone kit. I have been wondering what those kits are like. Anyone have any info on those kits?

My buddy decided he was going to go the cheapest route to building a monster turbo car and went with SS autochrome... I would never recommend ss autochrome to anyone but untuned my buddy went 11.9 @ 117 mph in his civic. ebay turbos work... for how long is yet to be determined.

ive seen some of the ebay turbo kits the turbo looks like shit. i think it was an xs power or something like that ive heard bad things about that company. i would just spend the money and build the kit yourself. look in the sale thread ive seen lots of turbo parts/kits go for decent price.
