Question on 92-93 Accord Engine?

So i havent been into G4 accords for a while, and so i have forgot alot of this stuff...or i didnt think i forgot alot of this stuff till i met this dude who told me his 92 EX(american) came STOCK with a 2.3L engine. And he was asking me what size my engine was(built H22). So he thought his engine was bigger then mine. Aside from that crap, a 92 EX never came with a 2.3L engine ever....correct?
Im assuming his 250K miles on his "92 EX 2.3 engine" is from more then one engine.

yea definetly no 2.3l in 4th gens in the states.

92-93 EX engines are the F22a6 that is a 2.2L & 140 hp...it ain't shit mated up to a automatic, more potential mated to a 5-speed in my opinion.

Hmm... All he has to do is look at his engine block... But yeah, no 2.3L engines. though it is entirely possible that 250,000 miles are on his stock 2.2L engine.

Well, this guy who is interested in my car was asking me what size engine prelude engines are. And i told him 2.2l And he replied saying his was 2.3l... i think he thinks that means his engine is automatically bigger/better. I dont know... but he seems to think his engine is a 2.3l in his 92 accord.

only if he swapped in a H23 or he getting confused or swapped in a F23 (98-02 4 cyl Accord).

Amber had swapped in an H22 and done a JDM front end conversion before this board was even an idea... before alot of you even started modding your cars... and she's friends with Scott/2point6... So show her the proper respect...

that was the nicest thing ive heard in awhile! thanks! Gosh i remember when i first registered for Honda Society when it first opened.. i was so excited! Geez what a dork i was! Sure met alot of really nice people there though. So neat to see the same faces here! =)

this is off topic, but hey amber... ive always admired your car, couple years back before i even got mine. you probably dont remember me, but its cool to see u pop in

and just a while ago when jason was considering buying ur car, i kinda wanted to buy it too, it wouldnt work out tho. good luck selling it.
