Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.

The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.

For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.

Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

Again if you have any questions, PM me or one of the other mods.

        i just looked at those sizes you posted and they are not correct. It seems like every place says different stuff. I know for fact that the H22/H23 throttlebody is 2mm larger then the F22/F23 throttlbodies. I know because i compared my H23 throttlebody with my F22a throttlebody.

          Agreed.... I have both a H23 and F22a1 throttle body and the inner diameter of the portion closest to intake piping is the following:

          H23 = 62mm
          F22a1 = 60mm

          Now, I haven't measured the portion closest to the intake manifold, but I hear it's tapered and goes down something like this (don't quote me on that...it's what some fairly knowledgeable guy told me...i have to measure it for myself).

          H23 = 60mm
          F22a1 = 58m,

                It seems like most people forget that they are tapered...

                for true measurements.. measure both openings and most importantly THE BUTTERFLY...
