Please DO NOT Post In The General Section
From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.
The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.
For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.
Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.
Again if you have any questions, PM me or one of the other mods.

4-1 is just ideal.. flows better.. less time its is crapped into less pipes.. like from 4-2 ad then again from 2-1...
4 into 1 pipe, and out the exhaust... wow how much better flowing does it get?H22 Prelude VTEC 92-96 200 161 10.6:1 87 90 DOHC VTEC 2157 JDM

Its like that with the exahust less stuff floatin around in there to a certain extent. It may not be good for the short run but like on the highway its more beneficial the only thing i dont like about the 4-1 is ground clearance issues if your at where im at you wouldnt want that on your car . Either that or whenever you go out youll be driving really slow.

Yes it does have less back presure, and so does 2.5 piping... thats why you some times loose some low end power when you put in a header.. and gain some top end..H22 Prelude VTEC 92-96 200 161 10.6:1 87 90 DOHC VTEC 2157 JDM

ok first of all you do need some backpressure but headers would be sufficient enough if you were racing you could have a exhaust plummed out the fender, second 4 to 2 to 1 will give you more torque and bottom end than flat hp and 4 to 1 will give you better top end. so it depends on what you like or where you need your power. To have loved and lost is better than to have never loved at all #CB7Life

Kamikaze makes one, and I think Tsudo does too for the 0--0-0--0 engines.Originally posted by DrLove'sKuDang
4-2-1 can be most advantageous if its constructed properly... such as a sms or hytech.
and to my knowledge, a 4-1 doesnt exist for our car due to the front torque mount and crossmember being in the way.
I STILL don't see why if the H-head fits our block the H22 headers don't fit our motors. What's the deal? Is the bolt pattern different? I want some kind of Mugen or Spoon header for the H...
