Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.

The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.

For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.

Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

Again if you have any questions, PM me or one of the other mods.

    F22A head vs. F22B head

Simple straight forward question. Will an exhaust manifold made for the F22A also fit the F22B?

Looked around on the net and saw tons of t3/t4 turbo manifolds claiming to fit all F22 motors Will this include the F22B or should I find one specifically for the F22B series motor?

    Thanks.

lemme start off by saying..... SEARCH IS YOUR FRIEND!!! tsktsktsk

second, when looking for a turbo mani, look for one that works on the h23.
F22A,JDM F22B(not regular f22b), and H23s share the same exhaust patterns...

Yeah, when I started the thread I could see the *SEARCH* mallet conking me on the head... *sigh* Not to say I didn't search but yeah. It's the F22B non-Vtec motor. Thanks for clearing this up for me, as I was obviously not aware of this similarity to the H23.

the f22a usdm and f22b usdm, are totally differnet heads. even the intake manifold is different.

just to clairify things and to at least make me happy. There are f22b1 (sohc vtec) f22b2(sohc non vtec). these are two motors that have the exhaust manifold pattern 0-00-0. The f22a, h23, and jdm f22b dohc all have the same pattern of 0-0-0-0. I got confused on this a few years ago when i was doing a sohc vtec head swap on purple.

According to your sig you have a JDM F22B head. The turbo manifold you will need will fit F22A/H23A/and JDM F22B(like you have).
