Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.

The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.

For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.

Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

Again if you have any questions, PM me or one of the other mods.

    Questions on ECU's

Ok, i hav a honda guy here locally that said he will tune a P06 for my accord. I currently have a 90 EX with a F22A1 motor. Mods are minor, but have increased air flow (intake exhaust header+ downpipe, High flow muffler{Still has backflow resriction baffles}) Now here are my questions.

If i tune it with a P06 with a basemap, will i get improved fuel economy? (since i added stuff, its all out of wack, im getting to a MAX 350 KM per tank right now)
Whats going to be the difference in power between the Chipped P06 tuned with CROME compared to the stock A1 ECU?

Im not one for heavy foot anymore, i try and lay off the gas as much as possible since i dont like filling up the tank @ 70$+ right now.

Lemme know if you guys need more info.
    Thanks

You'll get better gas mileage only if your tuner tunes on the street and tunes partial throttle. IF he only tunes wot..your gas mileage wont increase during normal driving.

sounds like maybe you need to fix what ever is wrong with your car. you should get much better gas mileage than you are.
