Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.


The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.


For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.


Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

    P14 - A12???

    ok i just went to a junkyard and got a p14(what eva tha is) DIRT CHEAP!!!!...out of a 5speed 96prelude (i think) and i have a cb7 with a h22a in it from a 92 prelude...i kno i needed the p13 but will this ecu work??? or is it only for 5 speeds...??

      If it's from a '96 it's obd2 meaning it wont work in your obd1 car, the p14 is also for an h23 dohc non-vtec, it will run but it won't kick vtec on and you'll have a lower redline. I hope that helps

        alright dude thanx so wat ur sayin is it doesnt matter that it came from a manual prelude??? and that the p14 doesnt have vtec but it will work for my car with the 92 h22a and my bad its a 95 prelude that i got it from
