Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.


The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.


For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.


Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

    f20a DSM turbo???

    Got an f20a swapped into a friends 90LX, but curious as to mods. Curious as too cams, rods, gears and pulleys avaliable. I personally figure anything h22-23-f22b will fit. Dont know if i'm right though...He's also asking me about my dsm turbo setup on my f22b...can you pull that off the the f20a? Its pretty much the same engine afterall.

        hey 91accordexr33, how was that under boost. i just cranked up mine yesterday, its on an 11lbs flywheel, still n/a, and shes a peppy lil thing. just wondering how it did with boost and you would recomend for the amount of lbs to run. i figured 7lbs daily would be good, and carlos said i can run 11lbs. that the reason you had problems was wastegate causing a boost spike or something. let me know. i appreciate it.

          woah...If you can can you post a few more detailed pics of your f20 set up? I'd like to see what you did with the pump and such. Would be greatly appreciated.

            I'm having an argument with my bud over my build. I've relocated the battery to the trunk, he thinks I should put a TMIC where the battery was and put a custom vent on my hood...I think I should dremel out the stock 91 bumper for an FMIC...its 2.5 In/out since I'm using 2.5 pipe...any clues or ideas guys? Really want to get this build underway, but I need to settle this lol. PLus hes arguing that the TDO5H with 450CC injectors will empty my tank within less than 50K of travel...ARGH

                Well, I'd assume so, but i'm not going to be doing that obviously @_@...I just want to know how bad my fuel comsumption is going to be hurt :/ its my daily driver.

                  man take a look at homemadeturbo tuning section, and pgmfi, if you research and know what your doing, your highway cruising mpg wont be affected much...alot of guys are getting better than stock!
