Please DO NOT Post In The General Section
From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.
The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.
For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.
Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.
Again if you have any questions, PM me or one of the other mods.

there is always a way to fit the exhaust. O2 outlets can be moved, exhaust shops can easily do it. What did you do wrong? Any pictures?Originally posted by chrischhornok well i took my car to the exhaust shop(towed cuz no downpipe yet) but when i got it there they said there is no way to fit an exhaust......The o2 housing outlet comes down right above the oil return line.....Did i do something wrong? X2 that ... get you a bung kit, plug the old bung and have the shop weld in your new bung just make sure they put it before the cat but after the manifold for best results ... at least thats what my LC-1 book saysOriginally posted by lokuputhathere is always a way to fit the exhaust. Can you not move the oil feed return line out of the way a little bit?
Edit: If all else fails, you could get the dp fabbed, and either close the hole on the oil pan and replace your return fitting, or get a new oil pan and just redo it. Regardless, it seems like it should be able to be moved.Last edited by chessboxer; 04-22-2008, 05:06 PM.2010 Taurus SHO - Livernois Goodies
