looking for a turbo that starts spooling around 3000 rpms and will be at full boost at 4000 rpms until red line 8-10psi on a f22a1 92 lx wagon 5spd

mine is a .50 but my new won is going to be .60......

i am fully spooled 10 psi at about 3800
