you'll almost always make more power piecing together an entire kit yourself rather than buying an entire kit.

I did find a Turbonetics kit for the F22A5. I think it was about $1500. I'll post the link when i find it.

This T3/T4 turbo would work on the f22 right?

looks to be like a .57 trim yes it will work, get the accord/dsm/or prelude turbo manifold, kinda iffy on the wg, and get the radiator too. BTW what are your power goals?

                One more question as well.

Is it the 1g or 2g DSM setup that bolts up to the F22?

What do you suggest for a power goal?
My plan is to acquire the parts over the winter, then install once it's somewhat warm out. That way I've got plenty of time to build the right setup.

I honestly don't know too much on the gains to be had.
I know that I want somewhat of a budget build, I don't have a grand to throw at this.

DSM kit is your friend if you don't want a whole lot of power.

Everybody says that, but I'm not sure exactly where to get the DSM parts, or what exactly the DSM parts are. Can anyone explain to me or refer me to information on what the DSM build entails and where I could acquire these parts?

it's literally all over this site. the dsm setup has been discussed in many many threads.

dsm mani,14b turbo,02housing,j-pipe,bov,injectors $250-300 (from ebay, craigslist, junkyard, etc)
                              oil feed/return from stealthmode performance - $85
                              ebay fmic+piping ~$175
                              chipped p06 $150
                              boost gauge $50
                              custom downpipe ~$75
                              street tune ~$200

there you go, thats the basic turbo setup for an F22. it is good for 200-250hp/tq and reliable enough to daily drive if everything is put together and tuned correctly.

total is going to be around 1K, possibly a little more.
there is really no way to spend under a grand unless you are getting something for free.

or if you are okay with it being inefficient and unrealiable - then yes, you can spend way under a grand
