Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.

The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.

For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.

Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

Again if you have any questions, PM me or one of the other mods.

MRX has a basemap, I think he has one for a non turbo and turbo. otherwise check out the uberdata forum if you haven't already done so.

mrx only has the turbo basemap, and there's nothing on the uberdata board or pgmfi.org.

but i got the mrx map to work. without a cel.

palm bay, fl huh...how close is that to jax?? Would u mind taking a trip seeing as i wouldn't be able to get to u? I'll modify my turbo map just give me a VERY detailed description on whats dead on and what needs work. Describe idle conditions, idle speed, slowly rev up to 5k describe that, hold 2500rpm describe that, and so on.

mrx, its the same as i described on HMT. i messed with the fuel maps a little bit, and turned off all the boost settings and it works fine. i just worries me a little bit that i can't tell what's goin on since i don't have my datalogging cable yet.

palm bay is about three hours south of jacksonville, not to bad, but it's still a drive. i'll be boosted in about a week and a half, and i'll update you on how your basemap runs with my setup. until then, i'm driving it as it is, even though the idle is a little low for my liking.

          thanks for the help though.
