Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.

The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.

For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.

Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

Again if you have any questions, PM me or one of the other mods.

Search through the "Forced Induction" section..there is plenty of useful information there....

do you plan on wanting low end - mid end power or high end power, if you want high end power you'll want to re-sleeve it with forged internals.. and build the head up with like ferra valve-train... but if you just want low - mid just do the DSM mani with the T25.

NOTE: i'm going by what i have done and know to work on my 91 Civic Si..... dont' quote me on the injectors unless someone says it'll work.

      also you'll need:

-FMU or AFC (i hate FMU, i'm happy with the Apexi AFC's but you can use a FMU)
-DSM 390cc or 450cc injectors (or won't they work with the accords?? i think you might have to get an injector resistor box)
-FMIC (just grab one off ebay, the nicer ones ~$200)
-chargepiping (if you can get a hold of a welder i'd say custom chargepipes, its a lot cheaper and easier)
-BOV (nothing cheaper than a 1G DSM bov, thats what i have... sounds nice as hell!!!!)
      -downpipe (custom)
-oil line kit (Stealthmode off HMT, ask him about the F-series block)
-A/F gauge unless you have a wideband to tune with (if you get an A/F gauge, go with Autometer... even tho the gauges are poor to tune on i'd rather get one thats more accurate than those Faze shit or anything else... get the Autometer if anything)
-tap into oil pan with oil pan OFF... people have made stupid mistakes with this... don't be one of them!!!

and if your going to run the t3/t4 you'll want to do external wastegate and that will have to be:

      -custom manifold
      -i'd suggest a Tial 35/38mm wastegate

Another note: i wasn't too happy to run a big T3 on my civic and have full boost at 5500rpms.... i was more happy with the IHI RHB5 on my civic.. full boost at 2,000 but flattens out at 5800rpms... i was more happy with that actually.

and you'll need misc stuff too.. i'd say spare $100 at least for the rest of the stuff:
      -fittings
      -couplers
      -clamps
-teflon tape (ONLY use this one the oil line kits
      -wiring
      -vacuum lines

............................ hope that helps you out!..............................
