One thing I can tell you is that 440cc injectors will max out safely way before 300hp...at 80% duty cycle...well I have been doing my build..I have been looking at the turbochargers efficency map to help me figure out at what psi is less that 300hp...other builder may have some more info for you...talk to dsharp...he is knowledge about stuff as well...if you are going for 12psi I think stock honda map sensors handle up to 10psi with a chipped ecu
New paint job and bumper 8/8/11
    tsx retrofit
    f22b dohc boosted
    custom gauges pods

Motivation is one of the keys to life....tell me "can't" and I wll show you I can

440cc max out around 260whp. and thats at 100% duty cycle with stock fuel pressure. Im pretty sure honda stock map sensor is good for 13.2 psi or 1 bar but i could be wrong. With a setup like you have, more then likely your gonna want more so go ahead and get 780cc injectors or more. If your on a budget, you can always go with evo 560cc injectors for the time being. But The size of injectors for your needs is really what your power goal is. Your better chosing a power goal instead of a certain psi you wanna run so you can calculate what will be efficient for your setup.

Is this according to an online calculator? I find this hard to believe as I've seen much more on 450s, however I'm not 100% sure if the fuel pres was stock.

308 to the wheels or to the crank? Pretty sure thats to the crank AND at 90% duty cycle. 90% is the max your ever wanna run you injectors at and thats still kind of risky. Most people prefer to run around 80-85% of the max duty cycle. So take an average of about 15% drivetrain loss for whp and the injectors are good for 277whp at 90% duty cycle. At 85% duty cycle, good for 261.8whp and at 80% 246whp.

Just saying, gotta know what your reading and what they're telling you

chrischhorn is right, 260-270whp is roughly the safe MAX on 450s.

if you think there is chance that you will want more power, just grab bigger injectors. it will save you time and money.

but if you already got the 450s, you could grab a b&m pressure regulator (i think they are ~50 bucks) and then you should be good for up to 340-350whp...
