    Turbo Advice and questions

Alright guys i am planning on boosting my F22A and was planning on running forged pistons and rods, not sure which ones quite yet but i am thinking wiseco 85.0 mm.

That is stock bore correct? 85 mm?

Any who i am planning also to PnP my Head, 550cc injectors, Bisi turbo cam, Bisi intake manifold gasket, Garrett 50 trim t3 turbo, OEM head gasket, Big FMIC w/ HKS SSQV and of course a chipped P06 tuned on chrome, neptune or the what have you.

Now my main concern here is internals. I want to easily go over 280hp on X-amount of PSI. I want to run forged internals on stock bore is that possible or is it a must to overbore?

What else should i be concerned about on the bottom end of the engine and should this work correct with a good tune?

I have been doing my HW here and there i just want to make sure my plan is A-OKAY

    TIA

pistons size...85.5mm to rebore block to get back engine roundness..this will help correct ovalness in engine wear at the thrust size of the cylinder
New paint job and bumper 8/8/11
    tsx retrofit
    f22b dohc boosted
    custom gauges pods

Motivation is one of the keys to life....tell me "can't" and I wll show you I can

Better yet...strip and take a block to the (RESPECTABLE) machine shop and let them check for cylinder wear..they will be able to let you know if it is best to use 85mm or go oversized, if the bore is to worned down

Oh I see so bore it out .5 over? Does that run a lot? I don't really want to spend a ton of money. Hmm I'd have to take my f22 out to see what's up. The engine only has about 80,000 miles on it.

It generally isn't bad to bore .5mm over, you might even get away with less than that. It should be like 100-200 to bore it. I'd also check the condition of everything on the head if I were you, you don't want to spend a bunch of money on the bottom end then have a worn out old valve spring break and drop a valve onto your expensive pistons.

With that low mileage on the motor it might be ok. You still need to hone the cylinders to get the rings to seat and make sure you have the right piston to wall clearance.

on my motor i have piston to wall clearance of 0.002 but it is for a turbo so with the extra heat the pistons will expand more

according to the haynes manual the
                  standard-------0.0008 to 0.0016 inches
                  service limit----0.002 inches

                        what

What level bisi cam?Let me tell you.......Im running 15psi on a rebuilt motor and its holdin 15psi very well..With a bisi 1,2 turbo cam and bsis springs...Now what I mean is with yours at that low of miles I would have fun with it...Not sayn I would try and blow it up but the f22's are strong and at 8;1 they are boost friendly....Mybe not on a 300,000 mile accord but on 80,00 sure....And it depends on turbo also...What cfm's it puts out....CaUSE my 15psi might be less then your 12psi

i already purchased wiesco 85.5 and bisi's rods(according to my shop they are probe rods) anywayz i am having my cylinders bored out to 85.5 and with a wall clearance of .003 like stated above for boost because the pistons expand. But as for the bottom end i would also replace the pumps and i would up the injector size to at least the 600-880 range so you dont max them out. I ran the dsm 450ccs and at 10 psi they were pretty much maxed out. But i am going with 880-1000cc on my new build but i also plan to boost up to 22 psi

He only wants 280hp why does he need that big of injector.....I have way past that on 16psi and only have 525's...........My injectors are fine but they are precision's....Even on my the page im running 88% at full boost.....
