Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.

The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.

For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.

Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

Again if you have any questions, PM me or one of the other mods.

yeah its a starion intercooler. i got it at a local junk yard for 30.00. they even pulled it for me. i still have to cut the bumper a little to get it to fit right.the brackets made it lean down too. i like the way it leans. do you think my ping is too low? i flipped the intercooler over.

no.. just that sharp bends create heat.. and in doing so kills the intercooler effect.. nothing to worry about on low psi setups.. but when turning up the boost this matters.... if u can.. raise it higher.. so the piping can have alot smoother turn instead of almost a sharp 90 degree.. try to keep ur bends as smooth flowing as possible..

i gave him that idea.. johnnyracecar now.. was before TYRUS .. there intercoolers own in best bang for buck.. i suggest u upgrade later on when funds provide.. ur front end would look sick.. and cooling would improve..

well ur using an aftermarket bumper so size isnt an issue.. id use the 6"... its a lil more expensive but has a bigger surface area.. therefore u recieve more cooling.. id rattle can the bitch black.. mmmmm

mesh, that starion ic is too small for the opening in the kit...if you ever upgrade to something larger such as spearco even...then take off the mesh....

another alternative is to paint the ic black
