From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.

The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.

For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.

Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

I have looked through aleks77's mrt and the only picture I saw that had the down pipe in it was a top view. Its hard to make out how its bends to get around the front engine mount on the subframe and around the oil pan, also What do you mean by bypass it??

U can take off the front motor mount with out hurting ur other mounts or motor. It will just kick a little more. If u don't like the kick go to a bicycling shop and buy a....man I can't remember what their called...a little dampener...and mod that bad boy on. Ull be fine.

I already have removed the front motor mount, But the part im talking about is where the motor mount attaches to the subframe of the car

Look at my down pipe. you may have to search but there should be plenty of pictures. My setups a little different but its similar enough to get ideas from.

I contacted esp and unfortunately it will take 3-4 weeks to make me a traction bar. I really dont want to wait that long haha. Im going to try and fab up a part like dbsharps tomorrow and Ill post up some pics when Im done

They are well worth it. When I had mine on, the quality of the part was second to none. There's a lot of important things which rely on the traction bar holding up to abuse and time, ESP makes theirs to withstand both.

Granted they kinda suck if your on a schedule, and their communication can be lacking at times. But when they deliver it's glorious! Just don't get an E-bay knock off. It would really suck if the bar broke and your wheels broke off the car.
