need help

i just finish putting in my turbo and there is a rough idle and hella white un- burnt fuel coming out of the exhaust and the place where everybody puts there breathers and brand new spark plug brunt black.
set-up
dsm turbo, intercooler ,450's, chipped po6 and base map from accord r33
got to get my car running

is it common for it to do that with the smoke coming out of the breather

how do you burn fuel out of your engine cause the 450 dump alot inside.
any suggestion cause i know its not the head gasket because its blowning white smoke everywhere..its dumping out really rich...

what can cause fuel to mix with oil....cause when you smell the oil it smells like fuel....when stared it up for the first time and drove it...it was fine..then drove it a second time...smoke coming out of the engine..nothing out of turbo

First off your running rich. Thats why your plugs are black and you smell fuel out of the exhaust. Cut the fuel tables down at idle a bit and try that out. Is the white smoke puffing out of your exhaust or is it just a little coming out of the breather filter.

any CELs? check your charge piping (and exhaust if possible) for oil. that will tell you if its the seals on the turbo

where exactly did you get THE basemap...its not really ALL mine? just curious

accord r33 i email you a couple weeks ago and got it from you its bin was dyno4adv1... it started up fine no cel's...i check my compression and #2 piston is reading zero and #1 is at 130...#3 is at 140 and #4 is at 130 so what do i do now..could it be head gasket,vavle seal,or piston rings...let me know if you guys have any clue...

Ouch! 0 huh. Take the plug out on that cylinder and put a tablespoon of oil in and then check the compression. Could have blown a ring.

either a ring or the headgasket. kinda hard to distinguish sometimes.

Wow so you have never had to change to even ran the car with the turbo?? how much boostdid you have it set to? Or did you go WOT with just a base map and did not get it tune at the dyno It hard to resist not riping through the gear when not properly dyno tuned when U just got your turbo, I know I did and end up with another engine. I had blown head gasket on number 3 cly and fried piston ring and had ton of white smoke coming from my breather valve too. Well sorry if your engine is blown but now u can get forged piston and sleve and stuff to ran higher boost

im sorry if the map i gave you did any harm. its been running my car fine for months now. If you never actually got to run the car i dont think you would have broke anything..but if you did take it out WOT and beat on it there is a good possibility. if there is anything i can do let me know

whoa... #2 is at zero compression. well, i hooked up nitrous in my friends civic--it pulled hard. he took it too the track, did not tell us that he messed with his timing @ the distributor. half way down the track, the car goes "pop" and then it sounded like a WRX. come to find out, he advanced his timing all the way. #2 and #3 were both zero. i pulled the head off and found burnt valves in cylinders 2 and 3.

just a thought, would a leak down test help this guy determine wether it's a ring or a valve?

thanks for all your help.........fried the shit out of the #2 piston....but now i could build that one and drop in another motor....got one on the way....be spooling soon again...it feels nice to be turbocharge cause i got my cousin's scared shit when i test drove it and they drive a WRX and a GSX.... gonna take it easy on the second one cause you learn the first time and not to mess up the second time....what do you guys think of a 18g turbo cause i could get one for a good deal off my brothers friend...
