From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.

The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.

For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.

Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

Stock gap won't work for the boosted. The spark gets blown out and when that happens the condition can be just as dangerous as detonation. With that said .028 is a great gap to still create power and not blow the spark out. Once u upgrade to an ignition box u can go back to stock gap and get the power back that your losing. U probably should have just got normal step colder NGK's and used the rest of the money to save up towards an ignition box or atleast a blaster coil if ur externally coiled

If i may...i insist on running .028. I was blowing my spark out at 5psi once. Power would break up TERRIBLY at 4800rpm's which i later found was my peak torque. Closed the gap and i could actually make it all the way through the rpms. Please, i insist.

10 PSI and stock gap=lots of studdering.
trust me i know. i got two step colder plugs and tried to leave em stock gap, but no luck
.28 gap and call it a day.
you WILL blow out your spark. (period)
